Inspections are often performed in the spring and fall, after exposure to the harsh effects of winter, and the heat of summer, but may occur more or less often depending on your roof’s age, condition, and location. Additional inspections may also be performed:
- following severe weather events
- after work crew access/foot traffic
- following equipment installation
- if any leaks are found
What is the cost of the Sentry Roof Inspection and Maintenance Plan?
A Sentry Roof Inspection and Maintenance Plan is designed for your particular facility, and may be
- inspection-only, or inspection plus minor repairs
- performed annually, twice-annually or more frequently, as your building and location dictate
