The plan can be designed to benefit your unique building, taking into account its individual condition, roofing system, and location. We start with a thorough initial inspection, and continue to provide peace of mind to building owners as the roof ages with:
- examination of the building and roof structure including a detailed written report and photographs after each inspection
- cleaning of drains, scuppers, and gutters
- making basic repairs
- If more significant problems are found, customer is contacted and repair options are determined for consideration
- non-destructive testing performed with moisture meter
- Sentry emergency contact provided for immediate repair service in any emergency
- historical record maintenance
